with Give Your Best this Festive Season!

We normally empower refugee and asylum seeking women by giving them the choice 
of which clothes they want to wear, by shopping from our free catalogue of donated items. 
But this winter we spread the festive spirit amongst our community with Gift your Best.

We delivered  a gift to every woman registered with us. 

Winter is a hard time for everybody but even harder for the many women who are refugees or seeking asylum and who are in Home Office accommodation with little money, food and company. This campaign is now closed but we thank you for all of your support and pledges ❤️

How it Works

Sign up via the form below and we’ll match you with someone within a week, our email will let you know who you have been matched with, and how to send them your gift. 

The next step, putting together your gift, is completely up to you but we've provided some guidance below - we hope that you enjoy the process!

It would be great if you could aim to send out your gift within a week of our email, so that they arrive in the new year period, and help get 2021 off to a great start.

Gift Ideas

Gifts should be things that aren't too expensive and are more for enjoyment than essential! 

Here are a few suggestions but feel free to use your imagination, re-gifting unwanted Christmas presents is actively encouraged!

  • Nail Polish or  Nail files 
  • Face masks
  • Hand warmers 
  • Candles 
  • Fluffy socks 
  • Scarves
  • Sweets and chocolates 
  • Biscuits 
  • Tea or Hot chocolate
  • Nice toiletries
  • Jam 
  • Popcorn

Gift Guidance

✔️   Please wrap gifts that are suitable for the seasonal period. To ensure lower postage costs, try to wrap products without extra packaging so no space goes to waste. 

✔️   Fragile items such as candles must state it on packaging and be securely wrapped.

✔️   Please do make your gift personal with a supportive note or card. This makes it extra special, when people gift clothes through our main project we get such amazing feedback on the notes you all put in there!

❌    Please don’t wrap presents or write cards with religious references.
